Are you looking for something unique to do on Valentine's Day? Join us as we take re-purposed bottles and create one of a kind custom candles! 

In this class we'll be re-purposing cut glass bottles and turning them into candle holders. Candles included! We'll decorate the holders with a variety of burlap, twine and other craft items. There will be a variety of glasses available created from beer, wine & soda bottles.

Class will be held at the Bubble Boy Boutique in Spirit Lake. Attendees can shop the boutique and receive 15% off 15 minutes before class and 15 minutes after class!

All ages are welcome!

$10 per person - Includes light refreshments :)

Its been a hard week over here at Bubble Boy Boutique. Not in a bad way either. Out with old and in with the new seems to be the major theme over here. Bad ideas from 2014 with better ideas of 2015. We've changed the store look and added 6 new vendors all in the last 9 days - not too bad. A growing process that we must control. This is our baby - our dream!! So today we are smiling for all the amazing support we've gotten from our vendors, our teachers, our customers, our business friends, our friends and our family. Life is hard but it is good and full of working filling hours and our Sundays off.

This cute hair bow holder. We can see at a glance all our options. Girls can choose just one, meaning less mess and getting ready faster! Hang in the bathroom or bedroom to add some functional decor. Very easy for kids to hang their bow at the end of the day. Get rid of that messy drawer and use those cute bows!

All hand-painted items are coated in acrylic gloss to keep from chipping or fading!

Our Building in the WORKS

Just 46 more days to have everything completed. And somehow I still have all my fingernails. How did that happen?? LOL, the night sleeps are getting a little more tossing and turning but the days bring in lots of work.

Getting slightly closer folks

My heart pounds a lot these days - all good, I am just super pumped about doing what I love to do. The behind scene is keeping me busy. All the legal leg work is done except for some minor details in which is out of our hands. Shop still needs to have a walk through and cleared inspection. Super jazzed on how this whole thing is coming together.

Vendor spaces are filling up and we have a ton of local and internet support. Ad's are in place and seeking out other opportunities to expand advertising without killing my complete budget.

Products is being made by Bubble Boy now, who keeps very busy these days pounding away on his little machine aka "John Wayne". Ugggg, and he gave me his inventory sheet for upgrades and new equipment and I got a little scared - oh hell A LOT scared. It came to a little under $8000.00.

Right now he needs all new cutters/mats/pins/scissors/template sheets and all that stuff. So I am doing my part in trying to raise money. (Our goal is NO bank loans - we still don't have a house yet and we really need to get one). So far I've made 8 pairs of slippers. I am at a summer job that allows me to spend my day crocheting, so I am stepping up to help my husband. I believe in him!!

 Excited, nervous, productive but most of all, we are laying our lives in God's hand as we should. He loves us and gave us the great ability of working and working hard. We have great friends who love us more then life itself and a town that we are so beyond proud to be a part of - Spirit Lake, Idaho. And truly the best Spirit Lake Post Office ever - and we are across the street from them. Life couldn't get any better...
